I recently purchased a TracFone. I am extremely happy with it and the service. I had problems and punched in a code which I lost the service. When I called your 1-800 number I spoke with an agent who reassured me that everything was ok and walked me through a series of codes to re=program and it is back to normal.
Your agent was very polite and took time with me. I was also glad that I could reach someone on a weekend. I am very happy with your service and also my Tracfone especially with the minutes or units rolling over, etc. with cingular. I have just recently told my father, Shelton Black and he purchased one today and I activated it for him. He is going to discontinue his cell phone with his Cingular provider and use the Tracfone. He is also happy with it. I told him about the great customer service I received from your company, you where always their when I needed it.
