I am disgusted by your customer service. I have been without cable for a week now and I have called multiple times to complain and to get a repair man out. Every time I call they say they are upgrading our area and that the cable will be back on at night. Every night my cable still does not work and every time I call to complain they act like they do not believe me and they are very rude. Your customer service representative tells me she is checking on the status of my cable and then she puts me on hold for 40 minutes and then she jsut transferrs me to an unknown location without even telling me. Then the person she transferrs me is someone across the US who can not check what is going on in my city. I work 8-5 so I can not be home for a 4 hour block to wait for a repair man to come. All I asked is to have Adelphia call me 15 minuted before the service man is set to arrive so that I can go home and meet him there. They refuse to do this. They will not work with me at all!!! So now I am stuck without cable for a week so far with Adelphia having no intentions of helping me out. I am disgusted at this situation and I am very close to switching to satellite. I would like someone to resolve this situation as soon as possible.
