I saw on FOX news tonight in the USA 10/14/06 that you sent an employee home due to the cross she was wearing on her neck. If it's jewelry or clothing that is required by your religion or you like to show your commitment to your religion ALL people from All religions show be able to express themselves if its clothing or jewelery. I'm sure if it's a cross, star, or clothing it gives your employee comfort while doing there job. Your rule about keeping your cross under your clothing is offensive to me as most people are not embarrased of their religion.
Allow your employee to wear her cross. If you need to make provisions for one religion it should be allowed for all religions.
