I spent almost $3000.00 on a lap top and all that goes with it.
I also paid $159.00 for the geek squad to come to my house and set up wireless.
Calling the 188-geek squad is like a waste of time, i have spent more time on hold and repeating myself to whom ever answers the phone.This call goes to a central location in Texas and i am in Ma and the store is down the street from me and the person that is coming to my house is from the local store, yet I have to deal with this number and people in Texas.
It took 3 days to get someone to my house, due to the fact the first person called out sick and then I was giving the wrong day and time and then someone showed up on 4/7/06.
Agent Gold was here for over an hour and set up my wireless but seemed to have trouble with the set up of my wireless printer servicer.
The printer kept shutting down and wouldn't print from either computer.He finally got my receipt to print, but as he left the printer stopped again.I couldn't catch himn so I emailed him at 11:30am it is now almost 24 hours later and I haven't heard from him.
I also called the geek squad again to let them know, they said they can't do anything until 24 hrs later, all I wanted was a reshedule to fix the problem.I called again and they put me through some number that texted agent Gold, and I still didn't hear back from him.
@4 hours later now, I called the geek squad yet again and now have to wait 3 more days to get agent Gold back in my house to fix the problem.
I can not print anything at all from my computers, so now i can't work from home.
The $159.00 for this service was a waste of money and I am interested in getting this back due to the very poor serve I have been getting.
Try calling Best Buy at 1-888-237-8289 to talk to a live person, can't be done.
I am ready to return all my products and get my $3000.00 back and shop somewhere else.
Return the fee for this service.
Have a very upper management call me.
